Simone Parker is a poet & collage artist.
She is the author of missing e. (Fernwood Press, 2025), a collection of cut up poetry from Tumblr. Her work — which has been featured in wildscape., Exposed Bone, Milk Press, The Garlic Press, North Star Collage, and bitter melon review, among others — engages with themes of pop culture, girlhood, queerness, and coming of age in the internet era.

Her poems have been published in wildscape, Exposed Bone, The Garlic Press, Remington Review, and bitter melon review, among others. Her collage art has been featured in North Star Collage and Milk Press. She has showcased her poetry at Brooklyn Poets and The Poetry Foundation and exhibited her collage work at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts.
She is a maker of zines, including many which feature her collage work and poetry, and enjoys collaborating with friends and comic artists under the banner Strange Deer Press. You can often find her at Minneapolis-area zine fests.
Simone lives in Minneapolis with her family.
